• Cancellations and refunds are not available once the plan has started.

• Sessions can be rescheduled at any time, provided that a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is given.

• Lesson plans may be temporarily paused for up to 3 months. After this period, any unused sessions will expire.

• Rescheduling is always possible to accommodate changes in availability — communication in advance is required to ensure flexibility.
